Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the dispatch date (for online orders). To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • Complete with original packaging and all tags intact

  • Not purchased on sale or at a discount (unless the item is defective)

❗ Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not process cash or card refunds. Exchanges only.

How to Request an Exchange
