What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, BDO bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments. All payment details and instructions will be provided at checkout.
How long is the shipping time?
Metro Manila: 7–10 business days
Provincial areas: 7–12 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above ₱3,000 (Applicable in the Philippines). For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide within the Philippines. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart.
Can I return or exchange items?
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days:
- For online orders: Starting from the dispatch date.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
- In original packaging with all tags intact.
- Not purchased on sale or at a discount (unless defective).
Returns must be pre-authorized — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Bakeros Funtimes does not provide direct refunds for standard returns or exchanges. We only process exchanges. If the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it. However, we do not issue cash or card refunds — only exchanges.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your item, choose your size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment and shipping details.
What if I entered the wrong shipping details?
Please contact us immediately via our online store chat. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still update your shipping information.
