Welcome to BKRS FunTimes! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BKRS FunTimes. BKRS FunTimes operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, and services made available to you, the customer (collectively, the “Services”). BKRS FunTimes is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services. By using or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are of legal age or have consent from a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated billing, shipping, and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or textures precisely. Product details, availability, and prices may change without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. BKRS FunTimes reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and a confirmation email is sent.
We only offer exchanges—no refunds. Please review our Exchange Policy before purchasing. We do not accept orders for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in PHP and may change at any time. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless noted. We accept GCash, BDO bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. You agree to provide current and valid billing/payment details.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated shipping timeframes:

  • Metro Manila: 7–10 business days

  • Provincial areas: 7–12 business days

Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS. BKRS FunTimes is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website—including logos, graphics, text, and images—is owned by BKRS FunTimes or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may offer access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk. New features or tools will also be governed by these Terms.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BKRS FunTimes is hosted on Shopify. While Shopify processes data and enables our ecommerce platform, all purchases are between you and BKRS FunTimes—not Shopify.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices. Both BKRS FunTimes and Shopify may store and process your information to operate the Services.
