🚚 Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide within the Philippines. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any delays. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery issues.

🕒 Delivery Timeframe

Metro Manila: 7–10 business days
Provincial Areas: 7–12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier schedules.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also check your order status through our online store chat.

💸 Shipping Fees

FREE Shipping for orders ₱3,000 and above (within the Philippines)
For orders below ₱3,000, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location

📦 Order Processing

We process orders once payment is confirmed. After checkout, you’ll receive an email containing your payment confirmation and shipping details.

✏️ Address Changes

Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately via online store chat. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your shipping details.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.
